Below is a US Navy clock of extreme accuracy but unfortunately it is not always online. You may wish to use it to reset your computer's internal clock.
The simplest way to do that with WIN 95/98 is to put the cursor over the little text clock in the lower right hand corner of your screen and RIGHT click on it. Choose "Adjust Date/Time" and so forth.
